Written by:

Excitement is building as the eagerly anticipated film “Kushi,” starring Vijay Devarakonda and Samantha, gears up for a pan India release on September 1. Directed by Shiva Nirvana, the film promises a blend of love and family emotions that captivate audiences.

Cinematographer G. Murali, known for his work on impactful projects, shared his experiences working on the film. Born in Tamil Nadu, Murali’s interest in education, painting, social issues, and politics paved his way into the Telugu film industry in 2005, starting with “Andhala Rakshasi.”

Murali’s collaboration with “Kushi” came through Mythri Movie Makers, the backbone of the project. He praised the team’s passion and commitment to filmmaking, emphasizing their willingness to provide whatever the movie required.

The film’s storyline, directed by Shiva Nirvana, revolves around shattered romantic ideals and the realities of love and life. Murali highlighted the visual beauty that adds depth to the narrative, reminiscent of PC Sreeram’s style in Mani Ratnam’s films.

Director Siva Nirvana’s dedication and music sense drew acclaim, as did the stellar performances of Vijay and Samantha in their roles. Murali remarked on the duo’s exceptional portrayal of revolutionary characters, enhancing the film’s emotional resonance.

Unlike his previous raw and rustic works, “Kushi” allowed Murali to craft beautiful and feel-good visuals, capturing the essence of life on screen. Audiences can anticipate a unique cinematic experience that resonates long after the credits roll.
