Sun Pictures owner Kalanithi Maran expressed his joy over the success of Rajinikanth’s “Jailer” by personally delivering a cheque to the ‘Superstar’ as his share of the film’s profits, though the exact amount remains undisclosed. Maran also offered Rajinikanth the choice of several BMW car models, with the actor selecting the BMW X7. Sun Pictures shared this heartwarming gesture on Twitter. “Jailer,” directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, has grossed over Rs 570 crore globally, making it the second-highest Tamil cinema earner after “2.0.” Rajinikanth’s next project is with TJ Gnanavel, set to begin soon.
