Renowned production house, Sri Venkateswara Creations, has announced its latest cinematic venture, bringing forth an intriguing collaboration for entertainment enthusiasts. The upcoming movie, titled “Thammudu,” is set to be directed by Sriram Venu and will feature Nithiin in the lead role. The project was inaugurated in a grand ceremony on Sunday.
The inaugural shot was initiated by acclaimed financier Prasad, who enthusiastically sounded the clapboard for the auspicious shot. Director Anil Ravipudi, known for his remarkable contributions to the film industry, officially commenced filming by activating the camera. Filmmaker Vamshi Paidipally directed the film’s opening sequence. Notably, “Thammudu” marks the 56th production undertaken by Sri Venkateswara Creations, under the proficient guidance of producer Dil Raju.
Noteworthy cinematographer Sethu, also recognized as Satyajit Pande, famed for his work on cinematic masterpieces such as “Dangal,” “Kahaani,” and “Taare Zameen Par,” has been enlisted as the film’s director of photography. The principal photography for “Thammudu” is scheduled to commence on September 1. Further particulars about the project are expected to be disclosed shortly.
This project marks Nithiin’s third partnership with the production house. Sriram Venu, a proficient director, boasts a successful track record with Sri Venkateswara Creations, having delivered hits like “MCA” featuring Nani and “Vakeel Saab,” starring Power Star Pawan Kalyan. The announcement of “Thammudu,” a venture uniting these talented individuals, has garnered significant attention from cinema enthusiasts.
