In an exciting development that’s set the entertainment world abuzz, Ranveer Singh has emerged as the most sought-after figure of the hour. On Wednesday, the creative minds behind Don 3 took to the virtual stage, unveiling an electrifying announcement video that unveils the fresh face of Don. The teaser commences with Ranveer Singh’s resonant voice, asking the question on everyone’s lips: “When will the dormant lion awaken? The global populace is eager for an answer. Spread the word—I’m roused and will resurface imminently.”

A Don movie would not be complete without the indelible “11 mulkon ki police” proclamation, and this teaser lives up to expectations. Ranveer Singh proudly declares, “11 mulkon ki police dhundti hai mujhe, par pakadh paya hai mujhko kaun. Main hun Don (Hunted by the law enforcement agencies of 11 nations, yet no one has succeeded in apprehending me. I am Don).” The teaser concludes with an intense close-up of the actor, his gaze penetrating the lens.

Just the day prior, Farhan Akhtar shared an elaborate post, earnestly urging fans to shower the new Don with the same adoration bestowed upon legends Amitabh Bachchan and Shah Rukh Khan. His words resonate, “In 1978, a character conceived by Salim-Javed and brought to life by Amitabh Bachchan with effortless finesse, captivated the hearts of theatergoers nationwide. That enigmatic character was Don. In 2006, Don was reimagined and enlivened by Shah Rukh Khan, in his own irresistibly charismatic style,” excerpts from the post read.

The inaugural Don film graced screens in 1978, with Amitabh Bachchan commanding the titular role. Shah Rukh Khan’s iteration of Don made its debut in 2006, serving as the official remake of Amitabh Bachchan’s acclaimed hit of the same title. The second installment of the franchise followed suit years later, amassing significant acclaim and success.

Backed by the visionary duo Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar of Excel Entertainment, the film is poised to make its grand entrance onto the cinematic stage in the year 2025. Enthusiasts of the Don series are counting down the days, eager to witness the new era embodied by Ranveer Singh’s enigmatic portrayal of the charismatic criminal mastermind.
