Ram-starrer “Skanda,” helmed by the skilled director Boyapati Sreenu, unveiled its gripping trailer during a pre-release event held in Hyderabad on Saturday. The event was graced by Nandamuri Balakrishna as the chief guest.
Running for just over two minutes, the trailer introduces Ram as a defiant student who takes on his adversaries head-on. Returning to the Telangana dialect following his super hit “iSmart Shankar,” Ram’s character embodies action and determination. The trailer showcases the signature elements of Boyapati Sreenu’s films—intense action sequences, impactful dialogues, and formidable antagonists.
While keeping the plot under wraps, Boyapati hints at a family-centric angle, with the hero’s fierce demeanor contrasting his commitment to family values. The trailer offers glimpses of supporting characters played by Daggubati Raja, Gauthami, Indraja, Srikanth, and Prince. It concludes with a battle-ready Ram, sporting a rugged appearance, while dispatching enemies mercilessly.
