Mohanlal and Jeethu Joseph, the famed duo behind hits like Drishyam, are teaming up for a new legal drama titled ‘Neru’. The concept video, shared on Twitter, unveils the film’s courtroom backdrop with the tagline ‘Seeking justice’. Penned by Joseph and Sanithi Mayadevi, who appeared in Drishyam 2, the movie marks their fifth collaboration. Retaining the Kooman team, Joseph’s untitled project under Aashirvaad Cinemas Production No 33 is set to begin filming in August 2023. Additionally, plans are afoot to simultaneously shoot Drishyam 3 in Hindi and Malayalam, with a potential Telugu version, while they’re also working on the two-part film ‘Ram’, featuring Trisha Krishnan.
