1. Saw X brings back Jigsaw for the 10th installment in September
The spine-chilling horror franchise “Saw” is returning with its 10th installment, “Saw X,” hitting theaters this September. Tobin Bell reprises his role as the infamous Jigsaw, known for his gruesome methods of justice. Lionsgate released a new poster teasing a potential trap in the film, hinting at an eye-centric theme and Jigsaw’s trademark enigmatic metaphors. Set between the first two Saw movies, “Saw X” uncovers an untold chapter in John Kramer’s life. The movie features familiar faces from the franchise and is set to premiere on September 29.

A24, the renowned film production company, is gearing up to release the sports drama “The Iron Claw” in theaters this Christmas. Directed and written by Sean Durkin, the film portrays the heart-wrenching true story of the Von Erich family, a dynasty of professional wrestlers who achieved fame in the 1980s but were shadowed by the “Von Erich curse” and its tragic consequences. Zac Efron takes on the role of Kevin Von Erich, while Jeremy Allen White portrays Kerry Von Erich. The movie’s impressive cast includes Harris Dickinson, Holt McCallany, Maura Tierney, and Lily James. Though slated for an awards season release, “The Iron Claw” won’t be showcased at film festivals.
