Prime Video has exciting news for its audience as it announces the highly-anticipated global premiere of the second season of the Amazon Original series, Made in Heaven. Set to captivate viewers from 10th August, the show returns to the vibrant streets of New Delhi, showcasing the splendor of the city’s Great Indian weddings.
The International Emmy-nominated series will delve even deeper into the lives of its beloved characters, navigating the intricate complexities of organizing and celebrating marriages, all while their own lives take unexpected turns. Building on the success of its first season, the new installment promises a plethora of cameos and a compelling narrative that addresses various social prejudices. Season Two will ingeniously juxtapose tradition, modern aspirations, and belief systems against the backdrop of opulent Indian weddings.
Leading the star-studded cast are Sobhita Dhulipala and Arjun Mathur, alongside notable actors Jim Sarbh, Kalki Koechlin, Shashank Arora, Shivani Raghuvanshi, and Vijay Raaz. Joining the ensemble are the talented additions of Mona Singh, Ishwak Singh, and Trinetra Haldar.
Under the direction of Alankrita Shrivastava, Neeraj Ghaywan, Nitya Mehra, Reema Kagti, and Zoya Akhtar, the seven-episode series promises an immersive experience exclusively premiering in India and across 240 countries and territories worldwide, making it the latest addition to Prime membership.
