Dulquer Salmaan, a celebrated Pan-India actor known for his unique script choices and talent, announces his next Telugu venture, ‘Lucky Baskhar,’ with director Venky Atluri. The film, produced by Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas, began shooting on September 24th. The story promises an ordinary man’s remarkable ascent.
