Amazon Studios has released the first trailer for the sci-fi thriller “Foe,” featuring Paul Mescal and Saorise Ronan. Directed by Garth Davis, the film follows Junior and Henrietta, a couple living in the future who are offered an unusual proposition by Terrance (Aaron Pierre). Terrance suggests Junior goes to space while a robot version stays to watch over Henrietta. Similar to “Black Mirror,” chaos ensues as Junior leaves and his android stays. The movie, set to premiere on October 6th, is based on a novel.
